Business License Information

If you own a business, conduct business or provide services within the City Limits of Roy, you are required to obtain a City of Roy business license. This includes home based businesses.

Business Licenses are $45 and are valid from February 1st through January 31st. An application can be found by clicking here.

Anyone doing business in the City of Roy must also have a valid license with the State of Washington.

Washington State Liquor Control Board License Division 3000 Pacific Ave SE Olympia, WA. (360) 664-1600	Business selling liquor must contact this board to obtain the appropriate license.

Plumber, electrician, construction company, landscaper, or of a similar trade, whether specialty or general require a Contractor's License.
