The City of Roy Police Department enforces the laws of the State of Washington and the City of Roy Municipal Code (Local Ordinances).  Our mission is to protect the life, health and property of the citizens of, and visitors to, the City of Roy, Washington.  We currently have a Police Chief, 2 full-time Police Officers and a Police Clerk.  Currently Roy Police Chief Pedro Rosario is deployed.  During his deployment, Corporal Jeff Prouty is Acting Chief.
